Terms of Service

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 주식회사 플레이스랩(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 TAPA TOPIK, 전기로운생활 등 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.

제2조 (약관의 효력과 변경)

이 약관은 서비스 화면 또는 회사 홈페이지에 게시함으로써 효력이 생깁니다. 회사는 관련 법령을 어기지 않는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 경우 30일 전)부터 공지합니다.

제3조 (회원가입과 계정)

TAPA TOPIK은 이메일로 회원가입 후 이용할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 정확한 정보를 입력하고 계정을 스스로 관리해야 하며, 계정을 다른 사람에게 넘기거나 빌려줄 수 없습니다. 전기로운생활은 회원가입 없이 이용합니다.

제4조 (유료 서비스와 구독)

  • TAPA TOPIK 프리미엄은 Google Play 또는 App Store의 정기 구독으로 판매되며, 결제·갱신·해지는 각 스토어의 정책에 따릅니다.
  • 구독은 해지하지 않으면 기간이 끝날 때 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 해지는 각 스토어의 구독 관리 메뉴에서 할 수 있으며, 해지해도 남은 기간까지는 이용할 수 있습니다.
  • 환불은 각 스토어의 환불 정책과 관련 법령에 따릅니다.
  • 앱 안의 포인트는 현금으로 바꿀 수 없으며 다른 사람에게 넘길 수 없습니다.

제5조 (이용자의 의무)

이용자는 다른 사람의 정보 도용, 욕설·혐오·음란·불법 게시물 작성, 광고·도배, 서비스 운영 방해, 콘텐츠 무단 복제·배포를 해서는 안 됩니다. 회사는 이를 어긴 게시물을 삭제하거나 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.

제6조 (게시물)

이용자가 쓴 게시물의 권리와 책임은 작성자에게 있습니다. 이용자는 다른 이용자의 게시물을 신고하거나 차단할 수 있으며, 회사는 신고된 게시물을 검토해 조치합니다.

제7조 (서비스의 변경·중단)

회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스 내용을 바꾸거나 점검을 위해 일시 중단할 수 있으며, 미리 공지합니다. 불가피한 경우에는 사후에 공지할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (책임의 제한)

  • TAPA TOPIK의 학습 콘텐츠는 학습을 돕기 위한 것으로, 시험 합격이나 점수를 보장하지 않습니다.
  • 전기로운생활은 비공식 참고용 앱입니다. 계산·검색 결과는 참고용이며, 실제 설계·시공·검사에는 반드시 최신 한국전기설비규정(KEC) 원문을 확인하고 자격 있는 전문가의 검토를 거쳐야 합니다. 회사는 이를 따르지 않아 생긴 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.
  • 회사는 천재지변, 이용자의 잘못 등 회사의 책임이 없는 사유로 생긴 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.

제9조 (계약 해지)

이용자는 언제든지 앱 안의 "회원 탈퇴"로 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다. 방법은 계정 삭제 안내를 참고하세요.

제10조 (준거법과 분쟁)

이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따르며, 분쟁이 생기면 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using services provided by PlaceLAB Inc. ("we"), including TAPA TOPIK and Jeongi Life (the "Services"), and the rights and duties of us and our users.

2. Effect and changes

These terms take effect when posted in the Services or on our website. We may change them within the limits of the law and will give notice 7 days in advance (30 days for changes unfavorable to users).

3. Accounts

TAPA TOPIK requires sign-up with an email address. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure, and you may not transfer or lend it to others. Jeongi Life requires no account.

4. Paid services and subscriptions

  • TAPA TOPIK Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through Google Play or the App Store; payment, renewal and cancellation follow each store's policies.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. You can cancel in your store's subscription settings and keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds follow each store's refund policy and applicable law.
  • In-app points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

5. Your obligations

You must not impersonate others, post abusive, hateful, sexual or illegal content, spam, disrupt the Services, or copy or distribute content without permission. We may remove violating content or restrict use.

6. User content

Authors own and are responsible for their posts. You can report or block other users' content, and we review reports and take action.

7. Changes to the Services

We may change the Services or suspend them temporarily for maintenance, with prior notice where possible.

8. Limitation of liability

  • TAPA TOPIK content is a learning aid and does not guarantee passing the exam or any score.
  • Jeongi Life is an unofficial reference app. Results are for reference only; actual design, construction and inspection must be checked against the latest official Korea Electro-technical Code (KEC) and reviewed by a qualified professional. We are not liable for damages arising from failure to do so.
  • We are not liable for damages caused by events beyond our control or by the user's own fault.

9. Termination

You may terminate at any time by deleting your account in the app. See Account deletion.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes are resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
