주식회사 플레이스랩(이하 "회사")은 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고, 회사가 제공하는 서비스별로 아래와 같이 개인정보를 처리합니다.

1. TAPA TOPIK
수집하는 개인정보
- 회원가입: 이메일, 비밀번호(암호화 저장), 닉네임, 국가
- 선택 입력: 나이, 목표 급수, 프로필 사진, TOPIK 성적표 이미지(인증 신청 시)
- 학습 기록: 문제 풀이·단어 학습·모의시험 결과, 쓰기 답안, 학습일
- 이용자가 작성한 게시글·댓글·팁, 신고·차단 기록
- 포인트 및 결제 정보: 포인트 내역, Google Play·App Store 구매 확인 정보 (카드 정보는 회사가 받지 않음)
광고 및 이용자 추적 도구는 사용하지 않습니다.
이용 목적
로그인과 회원 관리, 학습 기록·리포트·모의시험 채점, 쓰기 답안 AI 채점, 커뮤니티·포인트·명예의 전당 운영, 프리미엄 구독 확인.

이전 방법: 서비스 이용 시 네트워크를 통한 전송. 회사는 법령에 정한 경우를 제외하고 개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
보유 기간 및 파기
회원 탈퇴 시 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 결제 기록은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」에 따라 5년간 보관합니다. 계정 삭제 방법은 계정 삭제 안내를 참고하세요.
아동
서비스는 만 14세 이상을 대상으로 합니다.
2. 전기로운생활
전기로운생활은 회원가입·로그인이 없는 앱으로, 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
- 계산 결과, 점검 기록, 메모, 현장 기록, 즐겨찾기는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 회사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 점검 항목에 사진을 첨부할 때 카메라·사진 접근 권한을 요청합니다. 사진은 기기 안에만 저장되고, 이용자가 PDF로 직접 공유할 때만 기기 밖으로 나갑니다.
- 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 기록이 함께 삭제됩니다.
3. 공통 사항
이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주시면 지체 없이 처리합니다.
안전성 확보 조치
전 구간 암호화 통신(HTTPS), 본인 데이터만 접근 가능한 접근 통제, 성적표 비공개 저장소 보관.

PlaceLAB Inc. ("we") protects your personal data in accordance with applicable law. This policy explains how each of our services handles personal data.

1. TAPA TOPIK
Data we collect
- Account: email address, password (stored encrypted), nickname, country
- Optional: age, target level, profile photo, TOPIK score report image (for verification)
- Learning data: answered questions, vocabulary progress, mock exam results, writing answers, study days
- User content: posts, comments, tips, reports and blocks
- Points and purchases: point history and Google Play / App Store purchase verification data (we never receive card details)
We do not use advertising or tracking SDKs.
How we use it
Sign-in and account management; learning history, reports and mock exam scoring; AI grading of writing answers; community features, points and leaderboards; verifying premium subscriptions.
Processors and international transfer
Supabase Inc. (USA) — data storage and authentication, until account deletion · OpenAI (USA) — AI grading of writing text only (no name or email is sent), not retained by us after grading · Google LLC (USA) — Google Play billing. We do not sell your data.
Retention and deletion
When you delete your account, your data is deleted without delay. Payment records are kept for 5 years as required by Korean e-commerce law. See Account deletion.
Children
The service is intended for users aged 14 and over.
2. Jeongi Life
Jeongi Life has no sign-up or login, and we do not collect any personal data.
- Calculations, inspection records, notes, site records and bookmarks are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers.
- The app asks for camera/photo access when you attach photos to inspection items. Photos stay on your device and leave it only when you share a PDF yourself.
- Deleting the app deletes all records stored on the device.
3. General
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your data at any time by contacting us below.
Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control so that only you can access your data, and private storage for score reports.
