Account deletion

서비스별 계정과 데이터 삭제 방법입니다.

How to delete your account and data for each service.

TAPA TOPIK

1. 앱에서 바로 삭제

  1. TAPA TOPIK 앱에 로그인
  2. 프로필 → 설정(⚙️)
  3. 맨 아래 "회원 탈퇴 (계정 삭제)" → 확인

2. 앱을 사용할 수 없는 경우

가입한 이메일로 placelab@placelabinc.com에 "계정 삭제 요청"을 보내 주세요. 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 삭제합니다.

삭제되는 정보

계정, 프로필, 학습 기록, 모의시험 기록, 포인트, 게임 점수, 게시글·댓글·팁, 프로필 사진, TOPIK 성적표.

결제 기록은 관련 법령에 따라 5년간 보관합니다. 프리미엄 구독은 탈퇴해도 자동 해지되지 않으니 Google Play 또는 App Store의 구독 메뉴에서 해지해 주세요.

전기로운생활

전기로운생활은 회원가입이 없어 삭제할 계정이 없습니다. 모든 기록은 기기에만 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

TAPA TOPIK

1. In the app (immediate)

  1. Sign in to TAPA TOPIK
  2. Profile → Settings (⚙️)
  3. Tap "Delete account" at the bottom and confirm

2. If you cannot use the app

Email placelab@placelabinc.com from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request". We delete it within 7 business days.

What is deleted

Account, profile, learning history, mock exam records, points, game scores, posts/comments/tips, profile photo and TOPIK score report.

Payment records are retained for 5 years as required by law. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in Google Play or App Store subscriptions.

Jeongi Life

Jeongi Life has no accounts. All records are stored only on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the app.
